We returned this because I didn't notice it was a returned item, but we bought a new one and love it. The setup was simple, it connected to the app easily, and mapped our house perfectly. We have it set to do different rooms each day and it lasts a month. It vacuums great, and mops wonderfully. I love this device in my house.
I purchased an item that was listed as refurbished excellent and when it came in it was c used and did not work. Parts were dirty and some were missing. I asked for a return which was granted but it said I was to pay for return shipping which I feel with a defective missing represented item I should do.
Cleans and mops great. Great value for money. Needs improvement with mapping and creating rooms accurately. Room editing functionality is a fail, you'll have to delete maps and start over .
