It didn't start off well but after a bit of patience "bottie" is on duty. The scheduling doesn't work so I start the run when I leave for work or when I go upstairs. It is a bit noisy. I would not be able to have it operating while I was downstairs working or watching TV. The first issue was getting it to hook to the internet. I have two feeds coming to my home one for the tv's and house stuff very good. And a separate one to support my cameras better than good. The shark at first didn't hook. I left it and came back to it. Finally it hooked. If it doesn't access the internet, it will not work. I have a large house and I run the family business: vacuuming isn't a priory. I have long hair and added to that is one of my hobbies which is embroidery not to be left out my canvas side hustle. There are threads, yarns, hair wandering around. I do believe my hair is an entity that moves, lol. Finally got the shark roaming. The bot is doing as advertised. I like the 30 day dump bin. It seems to work on different flooring. I have hard woods with throw rugs. Oh small throws or friction mats (in kitchen) pick them up. I think my hair is being managed nicely. The bot helps to manage the situation it is apart of the cleaning maintenance.

OK, so I remember when these robot backs first came out and I’ve had a few over the years but there was always a few things missing that could’ve made it better. The fact that it has what I think of 30 or 45 day Ben is really good if assuming you know you’re not at home and your vacuum is on a schedule or you’re not at home as much as someone would think you would be so that’s really nice so a normal person is not gonna let that stuff sit there for a month that’s kind of gross, but you don’t have to empty it after every single vacuum cause it will clean your floor so that’s like a huge plus right there. The second thing is the home mapping so for people who don’t know and I’m sorry for the people who already know this is where it goes into every room corner by corner around everything and it maps your entire house now this is really useful because You can have it clean certain rooms or the entire house or just one room. The one thing I was reading I don’t know firsthand because I bought the larger battery for it. The reviews that I read before said that the original battery that comes with it doesn’t have a really good life so I just bought the upgraded battery so I don’t have to deal with that so I don’t know firsthand if it actually Has a weak battery or not overall it’s much better than I thought it was going to be. I’m actually really impressed and I want to say I’ve had it for over a month now and I don’t run it every day or even every other day but when I do, it’s under beds under tables through the kitchen bathrooms Everything one thing I will say is if you have a loose rugs meaning the kind that are outside of your bathtub or shower pick them up and just throw them on the counter. Let it do its thing and then toss them back down other than that, I’m very happy with it worth every penny.

I was initially very happy with this refurbished vacuum, but just a couple months shy of two years, it completely stopped working. I maintain and clean it regularly, so this is clearly not a maintenance issue.

I reached out to the seller multiple times, not to request a refund or replacement, but simply to ask for support. Each time, they repeatedly told me I was “out of the 30 day window” and refused to assist, even though I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a refund, just guidance for a product that should not become completely inoperable within two years.

The seller refused to help and directed me to contact Shark. Shark’s only “solution” was a 30% discount on a new vacuum.

BUYER BEWARE: don’t be surprised if this vacuum fails within a year or two, and don’t expect any meaningful support from the seller if it does.

Working two jobs, it was very hard for me to keep up dog fur and our dog sheds more than most. I took the video at the end of a 45 minute run. I tried to highlight the areas where dog fur accumulated the most. Notice the hallway, black carpet in the living room, these areas are usually covered with fur two days after traditional sweeping and mopping. Also, this vacuum is powerful enough to clean thick carpet! I cleaned thoroughly before putting the vacuum to use, I only wanted it for daily maintenance, although I believe after using it that it would have done well with the toughest mess. Shark app is user friendly, it maps the house out and I have set to clean every day at 7:30 am. This video shows the floors one week after being cleaned. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this shark matrix!! I have not seen fur since we put it to use. Just be sure to give it a clear path and keep cords out of the way. 😊

the vacuum itself works great, however the battery only lasts about 30 min then needs to recharge. upon inspection i found that the battery installed was only a 1900mAh and not the 2450mAh that is supposed to be in it. from the date code on the battery i can see it is new. looks like the reconditioner cheeped out at my expense. UPDATE: after contacting customer service and being told I had the correct battery, which wasn't true, I got the proper sized battery and installed it. Now it runs for a very long time. The product is good. The seller not so much. Still saved a ton over a new one.

Robot works great! It cleans our 1400 sqft house in about 95 minutes. With one kid and a husky the floor gets very dirty. Since using it we haven't found any clumps of dog hair. While the product is suppose to hold 30 days worth ours wont make it past 7days due to how much our dog sheds. In the photo you will see all the hair from our dog that was from only 4 days of cleaning.
