I was initially very happy with this refurbished vacuum, but just a couple months shy of two years, it completely stopped working. I maintain and clean it regularly, so this is clearly not a maintenance issue.
I reached out to the seller multiple times, not to request a refund or replacement, but simply to ask for support. Each time, they repeatedly told me I was “out of the 30 day window” and refused to assist, even though I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a refund, just guidance for a product that should not become completely inoperable within two years.
The seller refused to help and directed me to contact Shark. Shark’s only “solution” was a 30% discount on a new vacuum.
BUYER BEWARE: don’t be surprised if this vacuum fails within a year or two, and don’t expect any meaningful support from the seller if it does.
