Not Compatible with These Inground Pool Types:

Bowl Bottom, Sports Bottom, Standard Hopper Bottom, Wedge Bottom, Play Bottom. These pool types have steep slopes that the robot cannot navigate. The robot can only navigate slopes up to 18°.

In what type of pool does this robot work best?

It works best in above-ground pools with a flat bottom (no slopes), up to 1345 sq. ft. in size. Not sure if your pool is compatible? Feel free to contact the seller before purchasing.

Why the robot gets stuck on the drain covers?

The robot is designed to automatically free itself from most drain covers. However, if the cover height is 8–22 mm, it may occasionally get stuck. If unsure about compatibility, please contact our support team before purchasing.

Why does the robot stop moving after a short time? Why does my robot stop in the middle of the pool?

Please clean the filter immediately. Our robot features a 3-layer fine filtration system that captures most small debris in the water. If the filter becomes clogged, water cannot flow through properly, which will eventually cause the robot to stop.

Why doesn’t my robot hold a charge?

A clogged filter forces the robot to increase motor power to maintain suction. This higher power draw uses more battery and can cause the robot to stop sooner than expected. Please clean the filter to restore normal performance and battery life.
