Why is the battery life shorter than expected?

Battery life typically lasts between 120 and 180 minutes under normal usage, but it may vary depending on pool size, water temperature, and the amount of debris.

Why won’t the app connect to the robot underwater?

The app connects to the robot via Bluetooth, which does not work underwater, so you must connect and select the cleaning mode while the robot is out of the water and powered on before submerging it into the pool.

Why doesn’t the robot climb the pool walls or clean tiles well?

The pool vacuum is mainly optimized for bottom and partial wall cleaning, and its ability to climb walls depends on the surface texture of your pool and whether the proper cleaning mode was selected before use.
