I can’t find Winnygo when searching, only Wybot comes up, is this the correct app?

Yes, Winnygo is also known as WyBot, it is the same app, please feel free to download and use it.

When the robot is already working underwater, I tried to change the mode with the app, but it doesn’t seem to work?

Due to possible signal loss underwater, we recommend that you first connect the pool robot to the app while it is onshore, set the cleaning mode, and then put it into the pool for cleaning.

Why is the machine I received wet? Is this a used product?

Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.

What do the different indicator lights represent?

Blue: power on / working; Yellow: low battery / self-parking; Purple: connected to the app. For more information about indicator light colors, please refer to the manual.
