The Hydro 4 SE supports communication connections only in ground environments. Due to the underwater environment shielding Bluetooth signals, the APP cannot connect to the device when launched.

How do I turn on ultra-clean mode?

Enabling ultra-clean mode cleaning requires the use of the poolmate bot application, which can be connected to the machine for selection while ashore.

How long is the Hydro 4SE cleaning mode?

Auto mode (floor+walls+waterline) takes 1~3 hours depending on the area of the pool, and the walls only and floor only modes take 2 hours, ultra-clean mode takes 1~3 hours depending on the area of the pool.

Will the pool cleaning robot continue to work if the app disconnects from the robot while it is working underwater?

The robot will keep working until the task is completed.
